This workshop is designed for professionals with a foundational understanding of EDI. It focuses on exploring and applying the concepts of allyship, creating safe spaces, and addressing unconscious bias in everyday activities. The goal is to help participants elevate their teams and workplaces by fostering an inclusive environment where all staff feel encouraged to bring their authentic selves to work and are empowered to engage in open, respectful conversations on a variety of topics.
