Heads Together
Heads Together offers a space where DS Service providers come together to tackle common problems or issues experienced across the sector. This can be accomplished through open and honest discussions, exchanging of ideas, experiences and outcomes to brainstorm solutions to sector-wide hot topics.
Heads Together sessions are facilitated by the Manager, REAL Xchange, and are supported by a variety of guest speakers, as appropriate for the topic. Heads Together sessions take place via the Zoom platform. These sessions will not be recorded or archived on REAL Xchange, in an effort to provide a safe space which allows for broader and deeper conversations amongst colleagues.

There is no obligation for participants to share information. If you’d like to join our Heads Together sessions purely to listen in, you’re welcome to do that! Our panelists will share information and their own experiences to get the conversation going, then open the floor to questions, comments and problem solving – together!
